The Company has a complete range of in-house quality assurance facilities to compete with International Standards IS/BS/ASTM/DIN for physical, chemical and Metallurgy testing in order to assure consistent quality. The Company's test house has the latest version of computerized Atomic Emission Spectrometer for online chemical analysis of both sample as well as final product. This Spectrometer has accuracy upto 0.001%.

Metallographic facilities include metallurgical microscope for Microstructure evaluation.

For testing of Physical and Mechanical properties, the Company is having Rockwell Hardness tester and facilities to check by gauging.

Foundry sand and liquid Metal temperature play a vital role in quality of castings. We have complete sand testing equipments to check and ensure moulding sand properties. For ensuring temperature of liquid metal we have microprocessor based digital immersion Pyrometer. All testing instruments are periodically calibrated by competent and reputed agencies to ensure accurate consistent test results.

We have complete wet chemical analysis processes for elements like Carbon, Sulpher, Chromium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Silicon, Nickel, Molybdenum etc.

We have Ball Breaking Machine for breaking Grinding Media and Cylpebs.

We have proper water borewell supply systems and drainage facility from hygienic point of view. We have proper safety equipment for our workers.We have First Aid facility.We have adequate facility to make Dies, Mould Box & Pattern Shop in our Factory.
